Product Builders is a community initiative run by Product Rhythm Studio AB, based in Stockholm, Sweden. This policy explains what personal data we collect through the waitlist form, how we use it, and your rights under GDPR.

What data we collect

When you sign up via the waitlist form, we collect:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Your role (product manager, designer, engineer, data and analytics, or other)
• City
• Whether you expressed interest in becoming a founding member

Why we collect it and legal basis

We collect this data solely to contact you about Product Builders events, updates, and the community launch. The legal basis is your explicit consent, which you gave by checking the consent box on the sign-up form (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).

We do not use your data for marketing unrelated to Product Builders, and we do not build profiles or run automated decision-making.

Who we share data with

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Your form submissions are stored by Netlify, our hosting provider, which processes data in accordance with GDPR. Netlify acts as a data processor on our behalf.

How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as the community is active and you remain subscribed. If you ask to be removed, we will delete your information within 30 days.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (right to be forgotten)
• Withdraw your consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with the Swedish supervisory authority, IMY (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten)
